Steve Neely has been the General Manager of Rolling Hills Casino, located about 90 minutes North of Sacramento, since April of 2018. Prior to joining Rolling Hills Steve served as the COO and CMO for Casino Del Sol in Tucson. He also served as the Vice President of Marketing at Rivers Casino in Chicago, Illinois, the highest-grossing casino in the state. Additionally, Steve has held senior-level casino positions at a number of properties around the country including Pechanga Resort and Casino in Southern California, Isleta Casino and Resort and Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was the Corporate Director of Marketing for Cherokee Nation Enterprises and oversaw the marketing activities of their seven properties in Eastern Oklahoma. In addition to his property-level experience, Steve also has performed consulting work specializing in strategic processes and program development and implementation for properties around the country. Prior to entering the gaming industry, Steve held multiple positions in radio and television including on-air personality, account executive, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Market Manager.
