Stephanie is a multi-faceted organizational development professional who designs and delivers onsite and virtual leadership, management and workforce development trainings for tribes and tribal-owned businesses. She has a passion for igniting leadership initiatives with organizations that allow them to thrive, grow and retain top talent. Stephanie has taught thousands of tribal leaders from the C-Suite to first time supervisors, the art of leadership communication through her Coaching Skills for Leaders Program. She has a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia and is certified as a coach through NYU and the International Coaching Federation.
