Ms. Goudreau Laura has 20+ years of emergency communications and logistics experience. She spent 6 years in the US Army, 5 years with Washington State Emergency Management Division, and most recently, 12 years with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  She has worked disaster response throughout the nation and territories both as a federal responder and a state responder through the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC).
