Justin Tafoya MSN-RN, LCDR USPHS, is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Informatics. He served Indian Health Service for 15 years in various nursing roles and is currently the Director of Clinical Informatics at Whiteriver Service Unit. He is a skilled facilitator of Core Strength’s SDI workshop and John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership workshop. He believes leadership success is based on relationships, not position title or rank. Justin met his spouse, Amy, of 16 years during nursing school and they have two children. Together his family enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and hunting. Interesting fact, Justin holds several archery patents.
