Speaker Application

We appreciate your interest in speaking at the 21st annual conference!

Please note the following helpful information and upcoming deadlines.

May 15, 2020: Board Approved Topics and Call for Speakers will be posted on this page.

Interested speakers will be able to review topics that the advisory boards have pre-approved as topics they’d like to see on this year’s conference agenda. When completing your request you will be able to request to be selected to speak on one of these pre-approved topics AND/OR propose a topic of your own not on that list for their review. Topics will be organized under six tracks; Leadership/Management, Information Security, General Operations & Technology, Tribal Gaming Technology, Tribal Government Technology and Health Information Management Technology.

June 30, 2020: Deadline to Submit Speaker Request Application

Please note that an email with your interest on a topic will NOT be accepted as a formal request to present and will not be considered by our board.  In order to be considered as a speaker you will be required to complete a speaker request form available 5/15/2020 and submit by the 6/30 deadline.  The application is very quick and easy- once posted you will see that we request some general information on the actual speaker as well as the key learnings that attendees will gain by attending. All sessions should be educational in nature. Please note, for any vendors that are requesting to present, perceived sales pitches will not be considered by our board.

August 15, 2020: Speakers Begin Being Notified of Selection

We will begin notifying speakers if they’ve been selected to speak on either the topic they requested to speak on, or in some cases, another topic that may be a better fit based on applications received. Please note that speaker selection/notification STARTS August 15th, some speakers may not be notified and lined up until the end of September early October as the agenda develops.
