Health and Safety

We intend to hold the 22nd annual conference IN PERSON as scheduled, November 8-11, 2021

TribalNet, like nearly every other in-person event of any size in any industry, is continuing to regularly monitor available information from reputable sources leading up to the 2021 TribalNet Conference and trade show. We are fully committed to communicating all information we can that is relevant to this year’s event. We do not anticipate any changes related to the platform/location of this year’s conference, but should there be any changes, announcements and updates will be made on our conference website while already registered conference participants would be informed directly via email.

The Gaylord and Marriott brands (host site) have some of the highest health and safety standards in the industry.

Social distancing will be encouraged and enforced everywhere possible including: registration, session rooms, trade show floor and agenda networking events.

Hand sanitizer will be provided in the attendee bags and at each booth on the trade show floor. Face masks will be available at registration and trade show floor entrance.

Proof of vaccination will not be required to attend TribalNet, however, it is recommended for those who are able. Masks are not required in the meeting space, however are recommended for those who are able. Added precautions and safety measures will continue to be taken by TribalNet and the host site in the pre-conference planning process. More recommendations will be communicated to all conference participants leading up to and onsite at the event.

All registered participants are required to self-screen before traveling to, or entering, the meeting space. Attendees must stay home or in their hotel room if they have knowingly been exposed to an individual with COVID-19, and/or are currently displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19. The host site has certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and/or a Registered Nurse (RN) onsite. If you suspect you have COVID-19 while onsite or need medical attention, alert the hotel immediately and you would be directed toward appropriate medical care through Marriott staff, who follow the direction of local health authorities.

As recommendations and guidelines continue to evolve, TribalNet will remain flexible in changing recommendations and/or requirements while continuing to maintain safety standards.
