Larry Fretz- As both the Native American technology and gaming, and hospitality practice lead at Info-Tech Research Group, Larry Fretz manages a team of analysts to develop and deliver best-practice research, specific to the tribal government, gaming, and hospitality industries. As owner of the NATRC and GHRC research agendas, he is responsible for agenda planning and directing research, while also providing measured value to chief information officers and key IT leaders. This enables organizational improvements and competitive advantage through strategic technology planning; excellence in project design and implementation; COBIT5-grounded IT governance; business process optimization; and technology road-mapping, selection, and contract negotiation. Larry brings more than a decade of international gaming and hospitality experience and 25 plus years of overall technology, marketing, supply chain, and other business operations expertise.
